Big Opportunity is a center for social mobility built on the territory of Big Shopping Center, through which we will reduce the ongoing injustice between the Beer Tuvia Regional Council and the development town of Kiryat Malachi. With the establishment of the country, inequality began in the division of territories among settlers. Nowadays, regional councils hold a large area that yields greater income from industry and commerce compared to small development towns that do not have much space. Therefore, there is a close connection between income from property taxes, commerce and industry and socio-economic status. The more space there is, the more income there is, and the standard of living rises. This  connects us to a broader issue called distributive justice - a concept that speaks to the distribution of the state's resources equally among its citizens. The Big Shopping Center is located in the territory of the  rich and powerful regional council of Beer Tuvia, which has a large number of industrial areas, yet it lies very close to the small and weak development town of Kiryat Malachi.

We chose to use the big area that bears responsibility, and sits right in this sensitive seam to create social correction. how? With a center that enables social mobility, increasing the chances of the younger generation to improve their status in relation to their parents. In fact, today the future trajectory of the youth can be predicted based on  where they were born. And this will happen by creating opportunities for a key experience - an experience that is a powerful stimulus can lead to a significant change in the trajectory of life. This experience is achieved through three main ways - identification / exposure / practical experience.

When the main goal was to create a social ecosystem, another circle in which all stages of the process would be exposed also to the people who surround the boy - family, kindergarteners, teachers, community. In the end everyone returns to the city, with a set of tools, common goals, and only then will there be a real possibility to assimilate a change that ultimately takes place regardless of the place.
